Bouctouche is a small Acadian town that sits in the Northumberland Strait. Surrounded by water, dunes and boats, Bouctouche is proud of its maritime beauty, its culture and its history.

This is why it’s difficult to miss the Museum’s big white four-storied building. In this old convent that used to be inhabited by the nuns of Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Coeur, you learn about the history and heritage of Bouctouche. Chat with the guides, visit the wooden chapel, ring the convent’s bell, etc. There is so much to discover!

Explore this impressive and captivating place, and don’t forget to share what you learned by using the hashtags #muséedekent and #RFMSE.
